RMS (Remote Monitoring Service)
This app allows a customer or FSE to login and view the current status (critical, warning, normal) of all the location, and devices. Users can also view the list of all the facilities, devices, contacts, and top 5 recent events of each device. Users can create new contacts and create user login for contacts. User can also assign contacts for a device and prioritize them.
